What will I have to pay?

You've probably heard you don't get something for nothing - right? Well almost. You pay i-claim only £150 when your claim is finalised, to cover our costs. That's all for the whole claim, nothing else.

So who pays my lawyer? Your lawyer's fees will be paid by the party at fault when you receive your compensation. Will I have to give up any of my compensation? There will be a one-off payment of £150 to i-claim, after this NO deductions AT ALL from your compensation, you keep every penny. What happens if I don’t win?
